that's the identifier and details part of the question, all right, thanks.

so the "permalink" style for a serving of individual files (the item you posted has no files outside of metadata, hence the next sample link)

is swap /details/ for /download/ and the filename relative to the upload. in almost all cases, you can find these links directly off the /details/ page itself.

so for example, a serve/download in the "permalink" style for this file is:

http://archive.org/download/1.RagaHAMSADHWANIALAAP/1.RagaHAMSADHWANIALAAP_meta.xml

to serve offsite *and* hids your files, you'd have to email info@archive.org with a request for something like that...
